1. Temperature Controller- What Is a Temperature Controller? A Temperature Controller is a device that is used to control a heater or other equipment by comparing a sensor signal with a set point and performing calculations according to the deviation between those values
2. Vacuum tubes- They are all connected to a common manifold which is then connected to a storage tank, thus heating the hot water during the day. These glass tubes are cylindrical in shape. Therefore, the angle of the sunlight is always perpendicular to the heat absorbing tubes which enables these collectors to perform well even when sunlight is low such as when it is early in the morning or late in the afternoon, or when shaded by clouds.
3. Heat pipes- Heat pipes absorb solar energy from infrared rays which helps them to function efficiently even on cloudy days! The pipes store the water at higher temperatures, which helps in an uninterrupted supply of hot water.
4. Assistant tanks- They can load the cold water into the main tank automatically when the water level is down.
5. Magnesium rods- It is used for protecting the inner tank from corrosion, normally after 2 years replace a new magnesium rod due to consumption.
6. Ball valve- ensures the filling of cold water to the solar water heater automatically.
