Milk Cans

We supply high-quality milk cans manufactured using premium food-grade material. The cans are easy to carry, handle and clean for optimal transportation.

For quality assurance, the cans come fitted with airtight lids that are lockable.

We supply both aluminum and stainless steel milk cans with capacities ranging from 10 liters to 50 liters.

Cooling Tanks

Milk is a delicate product that requires specific environmental conditions to maintain its quality. An appropriate milk cooling tank is the only reliable way to protect the capital of the dairy unit. That is why Techwin Limited ensures the quality of our cooling tanks stands out.

Vertical Cooling Tanks

Available in 13 different capacities ranging from 50 liters to 2,500 liters, our milk cooling tanks meet the needs of small, medium, and large-scale dairy units.

They are known for their fast and stable cooling with maximum energy-saving characteristics.

The tanks are made of food-grade materials and follow both European and US standards.

To avoid the development of bacteria or an increase in milk acidity (PH), the process cooling process takes place at the right time. The tanks are also fitted with a special shaft with paddles and a gear reduction motor set to the appropriate rotations per minute (RPM) which mixes the milk so as to ensure perfect homogenization of fats and uniform cooling of the entire quantity of milk without foaming.

Horizontal Cooling Tanks

We supply the leading solution for milk cooling in medium and large livestock and dairy units. They are horizontal-type stainless steel tanks with access manholes and automated systems for washing and disinfection after every emptying.

The tanks are available in 18 capacities. The round type ranges from 1,500 liters to 14,000 liters while the elliptical type ranges from 10,000 liters to 20,000 liters, they are constructed to allow agitation of even small quantities of milk and exclude any possibility of ice formation.

Transportation Tanks

Our transfer tanks ensure the safe transportation of milk is possible everywhere. The units comply with all specific industry standards required for the safety and preservation of the milk to maintain its maximum quality.

Milk Transfer Tankers

Milk transfer tankers are specially insulated stainless steel tanks that ensure stable temperatures for long periods of time between 8 to 12 hours.

The units can be easily installed on various vehicles to facilitate ease of shipments from different producers.

Reliably, the units are made of food-grade stainless steel, specifically AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301) and have a double wall with high density, environmentally friendly polyurethane foam thermal insulation to ensure the stable temperature of the milk. The units are available in 12 models with capacities from 500 liters to 4,000 liters.

Milk Transfer Tankers with AC/Generator Cooling

Our transfer tankers come fitted with refrigeration as a smart solution for milk transportation ensuring cooling for a reliable and effective operation everywhere.

The units are made of food-grade stainless steel, specifically AISI 304, and feature a double wall thermal insulation with high-density polyurethane foam and a full-flow heat exchanger to support the direct expansion function. The transfer tankers minimize energy loss while ensuring direct dissipation of the milk’s heat, avoiding the formation of ice particles.

Milk Transfer Tankers with Cold Water Cooling

Our transfer tankers are also available in a version that utilizes cold water at a temperature of 1°C. It is an ideal solution for areas where cold water is abundant in the environment since its use provides significant energy savings. The specially designed full-flow heat exchanger in the whole interior and the caps of the tank achieve the same cooling time that would be required if using a cooling unit.

Reception Equipment

The milk reception unit is the initial point of a collection which provides the necessary filtering, weighing, and pumping of the milk that comes from individual farmers or dairies to processing plants.

Automatic Milk Reception Unit

This unit allows milk to be transferred from carrier tankers using a pump. The milk is then filtered and the surplus air and foam are removed from the batch with a stainless steel buoy.

The milk is then weighed using a flow meter as it enters the reception tank and then pumped to the processing plant, cooling tank, or holding tank.

Manual Milk Reception Unit

In a manual milk reception unit, filtering and weighing operations are done manually through the fill-empty system where the milk is brought to the collection center, and the attendant fills the reception tank manually as it is filtered. When the tank is full, the filtered milk is weighed and transferred to the processing line, cooling tank, or holding tank either manually or through a pump.

Batch Pasteurizers

Heating

A hot water supply to the pasteurizer circuit can be achieved with gas, steam, or an electric heater.


Cooling

For the cold water supply to the pasteurizer circuit, connections with cold water taps or ice banks can be used.

Homogenizers

Homogenizers are designed to break down and homogenize particles such as fats and proteins in food products. Mostly used in the dairy industry homogenizers can be used for milk, cream, and yogurt production.

Cream Separators

This machine is used for separating and removing cream from whole milk; its operation is based on the fact that skim milk (milk with no butterfat) is heavier than cream.

Our separator comes fitted with a centrifuge in the form of a rapidly revolving stainless steel bowl containing a set of disks. The bowl is mounted on a spindle situated underneath the milk supply tank.

Aseptic Filling Machines

Yogurt Processing & Packaging Line

Fermentation Tanks

Cheese Processing
Cheese Vats

As the main machine in cheese processing, the cheese vat heats the milk to desired temperatures before yeast and other ingredients are added to it. Fitted with a mixer, the yeast, and other components are seamlessly whipped together with the milk to result in one solution.

Cheese Stretching Machine

It works on the principle of transferring the heated salt water to the curd with the help of a pump and brings the curd which turns into a pulp to the outlet with the help of augers.

Cheese Moulds

Cheese molds are machines used to mold the cheese coming out of the cheese stretching machine. It is poured into the bowl of the cheese molding machine and the augers in the chamber of the cheese molding machine move it toward the weighing section without destroying its structure.

The heated machine reservoir also retains the structure of the dough. After molding, it is weighed and cut.

Cheese Cutters

Ice Cream Units
Mixing Tanks

Ice Cream mixing tanks are made with 3 layers of stainless steel sheets.

Completely made of food grade AISI 304 stainless steel, ranging from 100 liters to 1500 liters in capacity.

Aging Tanks

Also called ice cream cooling tangs, these stainless steel tanks with sloped bottoms are used to cool down pasteurized ice-cream mix and store it at a controlled temperature of around 4°C, a slow agitation allows the complete aging for better ice cream structure.

They are available in different capacities ranging from 100 liters.

Energy Savers/ Heat Recovery Systems

A heat recovery system is a reliable and highly cost-efficient solution for the supply of hot water to the dairy unit. It uses the heat released by the cooling units of the cooling tanks to heat water without extra energy consumption and thus without extra cost for the producer.

It is an alternative but effective solution for the heating of water and is also environmentally friendly. It is made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and is ergonomically designed for maximum functionality. In addition, it has 50mm-thick thermal insulation to ensure high performance by minimizing heat loss.

To meet the needs of different dairy units, it is available in 7 models with capacities from 200 liters to 1,000 liters, which can heat water up to 70° C.

All models are equipped with temperature indicators, and optional electric resistance and can be connected to 4 different cooling circuits.

Analytical and Testing Equipment
Lacto Scan

Lactoscan, also known as a milk analyzer, is a modern chemical analyzer suitable for the analysis of any type of milk. Due to its ultrasonic technology, the accuracy of the measurement does not depend on milk acidity and analysis can be performed from a temperature of 5°C to 40°C.

The analysis results are displayed within 50 seconds on the screen and can also be withdrawn on paper as the MP Lactoscan has a built-in printer.

The lactose comes pre-configured to analyze cow’s, sheep’s, and goat’s milk and measures over 50 parameters.

Thermometer

Made of food-grade material, our milk thermometers provide accurate temperature readings without contaminating the product.

Alcohol gun

An alcohol gun helps achieve the alcohol milk test used on fresh milk to indicate whether it will coagulate on exposure to thermal processing.

Lactometer

Lactometer is a little glass instrument used to measure the amount of water in milk.

Lactometer works on the principle of the specific gravity of milk.

As a small device that is very easy to use, it is instrumental in all points of milk collection and bulking. It provides accurate results in less than a minute.

PH Meter

PH meter helps achieve a common measurement performed at various points during the processing of milk.

To confirm the state of fresh milk, the PH meter should read a pH value of 6.7. When the pH value of the milk falls below pH 6.7, it generally indicates spoilage by bacterial degradation.

Clean in Place (CIP)
Small Union Type CIP System

 

This CIP system can perform acid cleaning, alkali cleaning, and hot water cleaning separately.

The System will clean all the equipment efficiently, and limit the growth of the microorganism.

The small CIP can be customized to include semi-auto and full-auto controlling systems.

 

Semi-auto CIP Cleaning System

The heating method for the cleaning liquid is auto-heating.

The operating principle is to set the cleaning temperature through the temperature control, the steam control valve’s opening frequency will limit the steam amount making the cleaning liquid remain at the needed temperature.

All the tank’s liquid levels in the CIP system adopt the auto-alarm.

The cleaning liquid concentration is reduced manually. Similarly, there is a need to manually change some relevant pipelines and valves.

Full-auto CIP Cleaning System

The operating principle of the full auto CIP cleaning system means that the tank body, pipelines, pumps, ball valves, and also the whole processing line are cleaned online with no need to disconnect the pipes or the equipment, all cleanings are done in the closed circuit.

This system adopts the PLC program for control, with the colored touch-screen to operate and display the whole process flow and also the controlling parameter.

The temperature of the cleaning liquid can be set.

It can set the PH value, the cleaning time, the cleaning sequence, and also the refluence PH value.

The system is fitted with an alarm device that is set in case of any malfunction.

The main equipment of the system includes:
