FINKEN HOLDING LIMITED is pleased to inform members of the public that we have now rebranded to TECHWIN LIMITED. In addition to the change in name, the company will also be transitioning its web presence from the current domain to www.techwin.co.ke. The name TECHWIN is adopted from a combination of TECHnology & WINner and is aimed at affirming the existing and new clientele of its establishment in the technological field.

For over 14 years, TECHWIN LIMITED (formerly known as Finken Holdings Limited), has provided, and installed top-notch products and services within the dairy, food processing, energy, water, hospitality, and Industrial sectors for companies across the country. Having well-established partnerships with global brands, we pride ourselves on being the best within the respective sectors and we remain to be a leading technology company.

Rebranding Ceremony

On 8th October 2021, Mr.Lawrence Karanja, the Chief Administrative Secretary of the Ministry of Industrialization, Trade, and Enterprise Development, presided over the official rebranding of Finken Holding Limited to Techwin Limited. In his speech, he said, “The company has undergone great modernization and Growth in the recent past and they provide a wide range of processing industries in East Africa, which include Dairy processing; Hotel Industry; Beverage; Food processing; Pharmaceutical; Cereal handling, and packaging; and Renewable energy, among others.

Mr. Lawrence Karanja, the Chief Administrative Secretary, of the Ministry of Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development, gave his speech during the re-branding launch.
The Government is determined to ensure that manufacturing in Kenya thrives for us to realize our aspiration of attaining a Newly Industrializing Country (NIC) status by the year 2030. Towards this end, a number of initiatives have been put in place in support of the domestic industry. Among the local content, initiatives include the development and implementation of the Buy Kenya Build Kenya Strategy, Local Content Policy, and the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015. Further Government has set a threshold for public procurement entities to expend at least 40% of their procurement budgets on the purchases of locally made goods and services.”
