Cheese Stretching Machine

A cheese stretching machine is used in the final stages of mozzarella and other stretch-curd cheese processing. After curd cutting and acidification, this machine heats, mixes, and stretches the curd to develop the unique fibrous texture and elasticity characteristic of mozzarella and pasta filata cheeses.
