Techwin Inline Pasteurizer System

Techwin’s automated pasteurization unit includes all necessary components to streamline continuous milk processing:

  • Balance Tank – Maintains consistent feed flow to the system.
  • Centrifugal Pump – Moves the milk through the system at a controlled rate.
  • Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) – Heats and cools the milk efficiently using hot water or steam and chilled water.
  • Holding Tube – Ensures the product remains at pasteurization temperature for the required time (e.g. 72°C for 15 seconds).
  • Flow Diversion Valve (FDV) – Directs unpasteurized milk back to the balance tank for reprocessing if the temperature drops.
  • Temperature Sensors & Controllers – Monitors and regulates heat for precise pasteurization.
  • Control Panel (Manual or PLC-based) – Allows automatic operation, data logging, and safety alarms.
  • Chilling System or Cold Water Inlet – For rapid cooling to safe storage temperatures post-pasteurization.
