To ensure the best practice, we have developed a common minimum operating standard and codes of behaviour which will be practiced at every location we operate. These standards and codes are based on ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, applicable local standardizations, Statutory, Regulatory and Customer requirements.
In pursuit of this policy, we commit to implement and maintain an effective Integrated Management System (IMS) to identify, control and where possible, eliminate potential hazards and risks, that may cause occupational injury, ill health as well as compromise the quality & safety of our products and services. We shall consult and involve our workers &/or their representatives as well as train and sensitize them on these requirements.

All our personnel are provided with the information, training, and tools necessary to do their job in a healthy, safe and compliant manner
Employees comply with all the company’s integrated management system policies and procedures
We Communicate appropriately both Internally and Externally with all the relevant interested parties regarding our IMS requirements
Management assumes the role of supervision of our employees for compliance and conformance with these standards.
We also expect similarly high standards from our suppliers, contractors and service providers.
We will regularly measure compliance against the IMS, develop and implement performance objectives and Continually Improve our system.
It is our responsibility as the Board of Directors to ensure that the appropriate resources, including human and financial ones, are committed towards implementing and maintaining this policy across all our operations and communicating the requirements with our employees and any other interested party.
Our IMS performance will be considered in quarterly management reviews where we shall report on the compliance and on the specific departments that meet the expectations. The Board will review this policy annually to ensure that it continues to suitably reflect the aims, aspirations and strategy of the company.
