Sales Engineer


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders,
negotiating prices, completing sales and arranging deliveries.
• Maintaining extensive knowledge of the products’ parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close
sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients’ needs.
• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to
• Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
• Interact with the clients to understand their needs and requirements and propose cost effective
• Prepare quotation, real time response to customer and track all inquiries.
• Participating in tendering process and negotiating tenders and contract terms.
• Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company’s products and
• Organize critical site surveys and communicate with customer and Service Coordinator.
• Liaise with the Project Engineer & Production Supervisor on implementation of projects awarded.
• Coordinate with finance, project team and client for payment collection and any other project related
issues as and when required.
• Review with HOD every week the progress business.

Sales Engineer Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of Bsc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Current registration license from the Engineering Board of Kenya.
• Previous experience as a Sales Engineer in the same industry for over 5 years.
• Computer literate, proficient in using Microsoft office, modeling and drafting softwares.

We are Hiring a Production Manager

Production Manager


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Planning and organizing production schedules.
• Monitoring and determining the amount of necessary resources (workforce and raw materials).
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Determining quality control standards.
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
• Monitor the production processes and re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials with the assistance of the Procurement Officer.
• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes.
• Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are met and followed at all times.
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets
are met.
• Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
• Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory supervisors and
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
• Review employees’ performance and identify training needs.

Project Engineer Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from a recognized Institution.
• Computer literate, proficient in using Microsoft office, modeling and drafting softwares.
• At least 4 years’ experience as a Production Manager in a busy workshop environment.
• Valid engineer license.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
• Research potential vendors.
• Assist in tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery both local and imports.
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
• Assist in evaluating offers from vendors and negotiating better prices.
• Prepare cost analyses.
• Assist in following up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
• Liaise with Inventory & Supplies Clerk to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
• Liaise with Finance, Administration and Workshop Departments to ensure integrated
internal controls, timely payment of vendors and full, auditable support documentation.
• Communicate and report on procurement progress against work plans and consumption
• Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Procurement Assistant Requirements:
• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Purchasing.
• Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong self-motivation and quick learner.
