The process of molding butter is simple and helps with the presentation and marketing of the finished product.
How to Use a Butter Mold
- Soften the butter.
- Fill the mold with butter and press gently to remove all air holes. Wipe off the excess around the top.
- Put the mold in the freezer for half an hour or more depending on the shape and size.
- Turn over and pop the butter out. Use hot water over the mold when necessary
- Wrap and store in the cold room, butter melts quite fast.
