It was an honor to successfully supply and hand over dairy value addition equipment funded by the County Government of Kiambu
for dairy farmers' cooperatives in the county. Some of the equipment delivered included milk cooling tanks, pasteurizers, weighing scales, and milk dispensing machines (milk ATMs).
This equipment will enhance the efficiency and productivity of the dairy farmers' cooperatives by reducing post-harvest losses, which is one of the biggest challenges facing dairy farmers. The equipment will ensure that milk is stored at the right temperature and processed safely, hence contributing to food safety. This investment by the County Government of Kiambu reflects their commitment to supporting the local dairy industry and improving livelihoods.
